Powertrain Care
Powertrain is our entry-level stated component coverage, designed to help protect the essential systems that keep your vehicle moving. This coverage includes hundreds of individual parts and components within major vehicle systems, including the engine, turbocharger or supercharger, transmission, transfer unit, 4x4 or AWD system, drive axle assembly, and seals and gaskets.  Powertrain repairs can be among the most expensive vehicle repairs, and even one unexpected failure can create a significant financial burden. Powertrain helps reduce that risk by providing coverage for many of the critical components responsible for delivering power to the road. It is straightforward, essential protection for the major systems that help keep your vehicle running. 

 

Custom Care
Custom is our top-of-the-line stated component coverage, designed for drivers who want a higher level of protection for their vehicle. This coverage includes hundreds of individual parts and components, starting with everything covered under Powertrain, plus additional protection for major systems such as front suspension, rear suspension, steering, brake system, electrical system, air conditioning, electronic parts, and seals and gaskets.  As vehicles become more advanced, repairs to comfort, control, braking, suspension, and electrical systems can be costly. Custom helps reduce the financial risk of unexpected, covered repairs by extending protection beyond the core components that keep your vehicle moving.  It is stated component coverage built to help protect more of the systems you depend on every day. 

 

Premier Care Vehicle Service Contract
Premier is our highest level of Vehicle Service Contract coverage, offering broad protection for many of your vehicle’s most important systems and components. Rather than listing only the parts that are covered, Premier is designed to provide coverage for covered repairs unless a specific part, component, condition, or repair is excluded by the contract.  Premier helps protect you from the cost of covered repairs by covering parts and labor, less any applicable deductible, for thousands of key vehicle components. Coverage includes the failure of covered components due to defects in workmanship or materials, as well as normal wear and tear.  Premier is also available for eligible electric vehicles, helping protect many of the advanced systems unique to EV ownership. Coverage includes the electric vehicle battery, subject to a $1,000 deductible and the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the contract.  With a wide range of terms available, Premier gives you the flexibility to choose coverage that fits your vehicle, driving habits, and ownership needs.  Covered repairs may be performed by factory-trained technicians or by an approved certified repair facility of your choice.  Premier helps reduce the financial risk of vehicle ownership, giving you greater confidence, peace of mind, and the worry-free driving experience you expect from your vehicle.
